My law office is equipped with a variety of modern technologies allowing me to combine structured and efficient working operations with sustainable practices. I offer face-to-face consultation at your company’s premises, audioconference, on-line meetings and, of course, advice in writing.
I am admitted to practice law before all local courts, regional courts and higher regional courts in Germany, the German Patent and Trademark Office, the German Federal Patent Court and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Babette Klaer
I studied law and passed my legal traineeship at the universities of Augsburg and Passau, completed by an additional master’s degree in European law and international private law (LL.M.Eur, Magister Legum Europae). My preferred languages for correspondence are German and English, but also French.
In 2005, I was appointed as Certified Lawyer for Industrial Property Law. I provide clear and insightful advice, backed by many years of experience as a self-employed businesswoman, partner in law and tax consultancy firms, and employer. I am a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR), the German Association for Travel Law (DGfR) and the Munich Bar Association (MAV).
